If you find spinnakers or cruising chutes a mystery, or just difficult to manage, this one day course is for you.

Taking a look at all downwind sail plans along with techniques including trimming, safety and anti-chafe measures this course aims to build confidence through experience.

Courses can either be taught aboard a school boat or on your own vessel.

The instuction will take place in the calm waters of the Carrick Roads and may include a short downwind passage cruising along the Cornish Coast.
